The founder Zahid Ahmed has over 40 years of extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry across India, Kuwait, and the UAE. Has won the prestigious “Lloyd’s List Best Marine Insurance Award”, turned around loss-making offices/companies to profits and has always been credited for efficient claims management.
Our Founder
Zahid Ahmed is a Competent Insurance & Reinsurance/Risk Management/Strategic & Project Management Professional with a track record of augmenting “Top & Bottom Lines” and “Image Building” of the organization. He carries more than 35 years of extensive experience in Business Development Strategies, Underwriting, RI Placements, Claims Settlements, Risk Control & Management in all areas of insurance in India, Kuwait & UAE. GCC experience exceeds 10 years.
His technical competencies include, Property & Casualty insurance, Construction insurance, Engineering Insurance, Oil and Gas Insurance, Motor & Medical Insurance, Marine Cargo and Hull Insurance, Liability Insurance, Risk Survey & Reporting, PML Assessment, Risk Accumulation Monitoring, Claims Management, Reinsurance Management.
His functional competencies include Relationship Management, Strategic Sales Management, and Training and Developing people for superior business engagement, Internal risks Assessment, Business Strategy Formulation.
He is driven the organizational mission by motivating people to perform beyond their normal past demonstrated skills levels. He has a specialty in minimizing the losses & generate underwriting surplus. He also has hands-on experience in conducting risk audit and giving risk management advisories for risk reduction/elimination
